Just wanted to compliment Evelyn, who is the water yoga instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and how it functions and what yoga does to help our bodies. She is professional and has a beautiful soul. I love coming to her classes and enjoy time with the other people in the class. Thanks for being you Evelyn.😊

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable behavior of the lifeguards and staff during our visit. First of all, every lifeguard seemed to enforce different rules, which created complete confusion, especially for children. The children were shouted at repeatedly and could not understand what was expected of them. Once the lifeguards realized, as in our case, that the children did not speak English, their tone became increasingly aggressive and disrespectful. As a mother, I stepped in to help my children understand the situation. Instead of handling the matter professionally, I was told that it “would not be necessary to educate my children” if I were supervising them properly. Such a comment towards a parent is absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable. After this incident, I attempted to discuss the situation calmly with the staff. However, nobody took responsibility. I was told that “everyone here is a manager or boss,” yet no one apologized for the behavior towards me or my children. What shocked me most was that some staff members even laughed at my daughter when she briefly started crying. This behavior towards a child is completely unaccep

This pool used to be awesome when I was a kid. Now I just took my mom and paid money just to not be able to swim. We wanted to swim in the lap lanes and the manager sat there as we paid and as I asked if the lap lanes were open until seven and she didn’t tell me at all that all the lap lanes were going to be taken up by a swim team and lifeguard training. Then had the audacity to tell me my thong bikini was inappropriate when literally the lifeguards in training had thong swimsuits on! That’s the only reason I wore mine because I saw they were wearing them the other day. I wanted to tan. Good thing I brought my swim shorts, sadly knew this would be a problem. Then we waited and waited for the lap lanes to open, just for the manager to tell us “oh you can swim in this one for fifteen minutes or share with this lady until close, she’s really nice!” Uh… no thanks. We left; money and time wasted when you could have just let us know at the time of purchase that the lap lanes are full for the day. Ugh :/

not friendly towards darker complexion people to be honest. my child, my sister, and I arrived at around 3 something about to be 4 soon as we came in we were told that the pool was just closed at the time due to it thundering and it was estimated to maybe be back open at 4:25 pm if there wasnt anymore thundering or lightning. we were debating on waiting because we came all the way across town to swim and we were instructed that we could wait in the lobby which we did. as time got closer me and my sister were just waiting and talking. in the lobby it was also a white male who was waiting to see if they were going to reopen as well as another mixed female who was sitting on her cooler waiting as well. for whatever reason one of the workers stated to me and my sister “just to let you know we close at 5:00 i dont know if you guys still want to wait or if that helps” now im confused because i can clearly see what time the pool officially closes also i dont understand why that was only directed towards us.. anyways as time went on i noticed the time kept changing which was okay but i feel like there should be a sign that says when its estimated to be back reopened instead of multiple peo

Outstanding pool. Very clean. Nice people. Masters lap swim on M, W, F at 5:30am. Just $5 for out of towners per swim. Great masters coach.
